Connacht Gold inspire guests to ‘Have It All’
at Food, Fashion and Wellness Event

Connacht Gold held its annual ‘Have It All!’ food, fashion and wellness event featuring a panel of Ireland’s most celebrated lifestyle and beauty experts. More than 470 guests attended the glamorous event at The Galmont Hotel, where they were treated to a glass of prosecco, and an array of delightful canapes.

The inspirational Have It All! event hosted fashion vlogger, social media influencer and all-round style guru the fabulous Retro Flame, Erika Fox. Erika showcased a range of stunning classic and timeless looks that everyone could recreate at home.

Joining Erika on the stage was award-winning skin lecturer, TV beauty expert and magazine columnist Jennifer Rock, The Skin Nerd. Jennifer shared her skin nerd knowledge with some top tips to keep the skin glowing all year round.

Following Jennifer’s skin health tips, the audience were treated to a live cooking demonstration from best-selling cook book author and young rising TV chef, Adrian Martin. The renowned young chef inspired guests with simple, healthy recipes which are bound to impress even the fussiest of eaters. To round up the event, guests heard from holistic yogi and Life Coach Anne-Marie Southcombe about how to manage a healthier work/life balance and making positive changes in your life.

The Connacht Gold ‘Have It All!’ event also hosted a charity raffle in aid of Aurivo Charity of the Year – Down Syndrome Ireland, which raised €2,010.03 for the worthy cause. There were a range of prizes including the top prize which consisted of a hamper of Retro Flame’s favourite products – kindly donated by Retro Flame herself. As the evening concluded, guests were presented with goodie bags filled with a selection of Connacht Gold products, Cleanse-off mitt, ULTRAPURE Rose Water, FulFil bars and Irish Country Magazines.
