Aurivo Co-operative Society recently hosted a special celebration to honour employees who have dedicated 25 years or more of service to the co-op.
The event, held at the Sligo Park Hotel, brought together more than 100 attendees from across Aurivo’s diverse business areas, including Dairy, Agri Business, Homeland and Marts. They were joined by CEO Donal Tierney, Chairman Raymond Barlow, Group Head of HR Marilyn Phillips, members of the Executive Team, and the organising committee.
Speaking at the event, Donal Tierney, CEO of Aurivo, paid tribute to the awardees, “Our long-serving colleagues represent the heart and soul of Aurivo. Their commitment, hard work, and belief in what we do together as a co-operative make all the difference.”
Marilyn Phillips, Group Head of HR, also expressed her appreciation, ‘It was a privilege to celebrate so many familiar faces who have contributed so much to our culture and growth. Their dedication embodies what Aurivo stands for.”
A group photo of the 25 Year Club members, along with images from the evening, captured the pride, camaraderie, and shared sense of purpose that continue to make Aurivo a great place to work across generations.
