• Those going through the tailored learning and development programme must have a 2.1 honours degree and will experience challenging roles with responsibility. Some of the programme features include competitive salary and benefits, a personalised development plan, team training and other benefits. Individuals on the Graduate Development Programme will be provided with manager support and feedback as well as a mentor and buddy support system.
