The 500 million litres of fresh Irish milk used annually in the production of our range of enriched milk powders, growing-up milk powders, skim milk powders, senior milk powders and butters is collected daily from our 955 family farms across the country.

At our state-of-the-art facility at Ballaghaderreen in Co. Roscommon, we use our technical expertise to transform this milk into our range of specialised and customised milk powers and butters.

Our Products

Skim Milk Powder

Our Skim milk powder is manufactured using spray-drying technology to create a free-flowing powder with high nutritional value. Available in both standardised and non-standardised forms, our Skim Milk Powder has excellent flavour and versatility resulting in it being suitable across a range of food and nutrition applications.

Enriched Milk Powder 25kg

Our enriched milk powder is manufactured by spray drying pasteurized full skim milk. It is a white or cream colour free flowing powder with a clean flavour profile and nutritional value. Our enriched milk powder is suitable for use across a range of food and nutritional applications.

Butter

Our butters begin with high-quality, fully traceable milk sourced from cows that graze on rich, lush pasturelands. This natural diet contributes to our butter’s soft, spreadable texture and distinctive golden colour making it a flavourful addition to any table. Our lactic butter is a trusted ingredient across a wide range of applications including bakery, confectionery, clarified butter, and processed cheese, offering both performance and flavour. We also offer a variety of premium butters tailored to specific needs. Our winter butter, with its firmer texture, is ideal for laminated doughs such as viennoiserie and puff pastry. Its rich buttery taste and excellent flake structure.
