Most people experience similar states every day when they become absorbed in a book, television programme, computer screen or while driving a familiar route. During hypnosis, you remain aware and in control while becoming more receptive to positive therapeutic change.<\/p>\n

Hypnosis itself is not the therapy. Rather, Hypnotherapy is the use of hypnosis as a therapeutic tool to help people overcome emotional, behavioural and psychological difficulties.<\/p>\n
